Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days, via Colissimo or to a Relay Point, depending on your choice at the time of ordering (in Metropolitan France).
Our logistics team prepares your packages Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders are processed twice a day, at 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Any order placed after 1:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped starting the following Monday.

For delivery within mainland France :
- At a collection point or post office: €3.90 – Free for orders over €49
- Home delivery: €5.90 – Free with purchases of €69 or more
For delivery in Belgium:
- Home delivery: €6.90 – Free with purchases of €49 or more
For delivery to Switzerland :
- Home delivery: €14
At each stage of processing your order, you will receive an email: from the validation of your order, its shipment by us and its delivery by our carrier.
You can also track the status of your order from your customer area .
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us quickly via our form or by email at bonjour@nutrivie.com so that we can make the change.
Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made to your order.
