Contraindications are specific to each product. They are indicated directly on the packaging or containers, as well as in the "Precautions for use" section of our product sheets.
You can view the list of ingredients directly on each product sheet by clicking on "See the composition".
The dosage of each Nutrivie food supplement, as well as those of the Silagic and POP brands, is specified on the product sheets, in the last paragraph entitled "How to take [product name]". You will find information on the dosage as well as the recommended duration of treatment.
Yes, it is possible to take several Nutrivie food supplements at the same time, provided that certain precautions are followed:
- Avoid duplication of active ingredients between selected products.
- When doing a detox treatment, limit yourself to one product at a time, so as not to overwork your excretory organs, particularly the liver and kidneys.

My order
We accept credit card payments for all our brands (Nutrivie, Silagic, POP, and CAP Cosmetics), provided the card is issued in France. The following cards are accepted:

- Visa
- Maestro
- MasterCard

- E-credit card
Please note that prepaid cards and American Express cards are not accepted.
We also offer secure payment solutions via PayPal and Klarna .
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or at contact@nutrivie.com, so that we can intervene before processing it.
Once the order has been prepared or shipped, no changes can be made.
Regarding cancellations, it is also essential to contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
At each stage of processing your order, an email will be sent to you: from the validation of your order, its dispatch by us and its delivery by our carrier.

Delivery
Delivery takes 3 to 5 days by Colissimo or Point Relais.
We prepare your packages Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders are processed twice a day by our logistics team: at 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
If you place your order on Friday after 1 p.m., it will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods, preparation may take longer than usual. However, we are making every effort to ensure your orders arrive on time.
📦 Delivery to a relay point or post office
Delivery time: 48 to 72 working hours • €3.90 – Free for purchases of €49 or more
Your order will be delivered to the post office or collection point of your choice, without any need to visit your home.
Shipping within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for all orders placed on weekdays before 2 p.m.
To collect your package: present proof of identity and the collection slip received by email or SMS .
Availability deadlines:
- At relay point : 14 days
- In Pick Up Station deposit : 5 days
After this period, the package is automatically returned to our premises.
🚚 Home delivery without signature (Colissimo)
Delivery time: 48 to 72 working hours • €5.90 – Free for purchases of €69 or more
Delivery to the address of your choice in mainland France, Monday to Saturday, for all orders placed during the week before 2 p.m.
Your order will be delivered in person, placed in your mailbox or entrusted to a trusted person (neighbor, caretaker, etc.).
In case of absence, a calling card can be left:
- A new delivery can be scheduled
- Or the package will be made available at the post office.
Withdrawal deadline after notice of passage:
- Post Office : 15 days
- Merchant relay: 14 days
- Pick Up Station deposit : 5 days
*calendar days from the day after the day the notice of passage is left.
After this period, your package will be returned to our warehouses.
We only deliver to mainland France, Belgium and Switzerland at the moment.
Delivery to Belgium

First, check with your neighbors to make sure that it has not been received in your absence.
If after checking it remains untraceable, contact us via our contact form to find a solution together.
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent them from breaking, but packages are sometimes mishandled by carriers.
If you notice that a product is broken, we invite you to send us a photo, as well as a photo of the outside of the box via our contact form or to contact@nutrivie.com.
If the box is damaged, it is imperative to make a "reservation" upon receipt from the postman.
CAUTION: For supplements in ampoule form, it is imperative to discard them even if they appear intact. You risk ingesting micro-particles of glass that could cause injury.
Yes, it's normal for some residue to appear at the bottom of the Nutrivie ampoule. This does not affect the product's quality or benefits. Be sure to shake the ampoule well before opening.

My customer account
To create your account, go to the "Login" tab on the home page, then select "Create an account".
Enter your email address: a login code will then be sent to this same address.
Make sure to use the email address you will use to place your order.
To modify your personal information, log in to your space via the " My Account " section.
Then click on your initials at the top right of the screen to access your profile.
From this space you can update:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your postal address
If you wish to delete your Nutrivie account, please contact us directly using the contact form or by email at contact@nutrivie.com.
Please note that by deleting your account, you will no longer be able to access your order history. However, you can recreate an account with the same email address.

On average, our products have a naturalness rate of 98%, with some formulas reaching up to 100%.

Whenever possible, we favor ingredients from organic farming.
We carefully select committed suppliers, focused on natural, organic and, as much as possible, French origin.

The Nutrivie, CAP Cosmetics, and Silagic brands are developed entirely in-house. Our marketing team works hand-in-hand with the Quality department to design and develop products that meet your needs and expectations.
The POP brand , for its part, is not developed internally: we ensure its exclusive distribution.
For Nutrivie and Silagic food supplements , the majority of selected plants have a high concentration of standardized active ingredients, thus guaranteeing their dosage and effectiveness. They meet the regulatory requirements necessary for the use of nutritional health claims.
For CAP Cosmetics and Nutrivie cosmetics , the selected suppliers strive to use ingredients that are overwhelmingly natural or organic. Some are even completely prohibited from the specifications, such as parabens, PEGs, phenoxyethanol, propylene glycol, and nanoparticles.

The DLUO (Best Before End) indicates the date until which the product retains all its properties (taste, texture, effectiveness).
It should not be confused with an expiration date, which applies to perishable products such as medicines or fresh food.
Nutrivie commitments
The manufacturing of our products is entrusted to our French suppliers in order to favor local jobs and thus contribute to local and/or national economic influence, and to limit our carbon footprint by favoring short supply chains.
The majority of our packaging is recyclable, and we are making every effort to offer increasingly environmentally friendly packaging.
Where possible, we favour recycled and recyclable materials to minimise our impact.
Un Toit Pour Les Abeilles is a network of French beekeepers working to protect bees and develop colonies. They also advocate for artisanal, local, and bee-friendly beekeeping.
As part of our commitment to environmental protection, we wanted to take action by sponsoring a beehive in order to participate in the preservation of local biodiversity through the pollination of bees.
The anti-waste selection is a collection of products with short expiry dates or from end-of-production, offered at reduced prices. A great way to consume smart while reducing waste!
