Nutrivie&Moi is our loyalty program designed for everyone passionate about wellness. By completing different missions, you accumulate points and progress through the 3 statuses of the
program – Active Member, Privilege Member or Ambassador – to access exclusive benefits: vouchers, access to the Testers Club, personalized offers… This program has been designed to value your commitment to our brand and our products.
To join the program, simply create an account on our website. Go to the "My Account" section in the top right corner of our homepage.
Do you already have an account? Simply log in to automatically activate your membership in the program.
You earn 1 point for every €1 spent on our site (excluding shipping costs). You can also accumulate bonus points by completing simple tasks:
- Subscribe to our newsletter,
- Subscribe to our social media channels,
- leave a product review
- publish a story mentioning @Nutrivie.co,
- or even sponsor a loved one.
At any time, you can redeem your points for vouchers or free products. Simply choose your reward on the loyalty program page, then enter the code.

Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no missions or orders). To extend the validity of your points for an additional 12 months, you can:

- convert your points into rewards.

publish a story, refer a friend…).
Points associated with an order are usually credited as soon as it is registered. If they do not appear within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
For some missions requiring manual verification, additional time may be needed before points are added. Thank you for your understanding!
No, rewards from the Nutrivie&Moi program cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
Your status depends on the total amount of your purchases over the last 12 months:
- Active Member: from €50 of purchases
- Privilege Member: from €120 of purchases
- Ambassador: from €300 of purchases
Each level provides access to exclusive benefits, shown in the table above.
In case of cancellation or return, the points related to the order are automatically cancelled.
No, loyalty points are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be sold or combined with another account.
Yes, if your previous purchases were made with the same email address, the corresponding points will be automatically taken into account upon your joining the program.
