The personal data collected through the services offered by ABIOCOM is processed according to secure protocols and allows ABIOCOM to manage the data received in its IT applications. In order to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, we may disclose your personal data only to:

V. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We retain your personal data for the longest period required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory provisions, or for another period taking into account operational constraints. For customers, most information is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after its termination.

Regarding prospective customers, information is kept for 3 years from the date of collection or our last contact with you.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have various rights, namely:

  • Right of access: you can obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data as well as a copy of this personal data.
