Winter is just around the corner... The weather has just changed, the days seem shorter, the temperatures are dropping, and fatigue is setting in.
But Mother Nature doesn't let us down! By preparing us in the fall, she gives us the opportunity to get through the turbulence of winter.
So what treatments should you adopt to be ready when winter comes?
First of all, we have the products of the hive with the eternal Royal Jelly , fruit of a mixture between the animal and vegetable world. This substance secreted by the nurse bees constitutes the exclusive food of all the larvae of the colony during their first three days of existence, and of the queen until the end of her life. Royal jelly is partly attributed to the fact that the queen lives 5 or 6 years, while the life of the workers hardly exceeds 45 days.
In the hive's range, besides honey, there is also the essential propolis , rich in trace elements. The word "propolis" comes from the Greek pro meaning in front of and polis meaning city. It is originally a coating that bees use to cover all the interior surfaces of the hive to ensure its watertightness and solidity.
Next comes the root family with ginseng and ginger . Ginseng, known and used for over 7,000 years, contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system. Ginger, meanwhile, helps improve vitality and is useful in cases of fatigue.
Finally, acerola and echinacea come into play. Acerola, or the small Caribbean cherry, is one of the fruits richest in vitamin C. It also contains vitamins A and B6, essential restoratives in cases of extreme fatigue. Echinacea, for its part, strengthens the immune system.
At Abiocom, and more specifically under the Nutrivie brand, we combine these key ingredients in ampoules: Organic Royal Jelly , Organic Vitality Complex (Ginseng, Royal Jelly, Acerola, Propolis, Echinacea) and Organic Tonic Complex (Ginseng, Acerola, Ginger).
It is recommended to take cures from November to February, at a rate of 3 weeks per month and 1 week off.
You're now ready for winter! Of course, if you become ill, don't improvise or self-medicate: consult your regular doctor. We're only talking about prevention here, because as the saying goes: "Prevention is better than cure."
