Je suis utilisatrice de magnésium depuis de nombreuses années. Il faut savoir que j’ai consommé du magnésium sous forme de lactate qui n’est pas reconnu pour être très efficace. Donc, ce magnésium sous forme de bisglycinate est le meilleur magnésium sur le marché, car le plus efficace contre le stress, la fatigue et le sommeil. À raison de 2 comprimés le matin et 2 le soir, je me sens mieux et mon esprit est plus clair. Moins d’angoisse et un meilleur sommeil. Bref, je vais continuer de le prendre car Nutrivie m’a convaincu de son professionnalisme et son souci d’offrir aux consommateurs des ingrédients de qualité optimale.
