Le silicium, allié d’une rentrée sportive

Silicon, an ally for a sporty return to school

Back to school is a bit like January: we're full of good resolutions and all the more motivated because our batteries were well recharged during the summer holidays. Determined and in shape, it's definitely the right time to start or get back into sport, and one of our allies to help us is silicon.

This element, naturally present in our bodies, is particularly concentrated in our bones, joints, and muscles. However, our silicon capital decreases over the years, and diet is often not enough to replenish our intake. However, we really need it to maintain a flexible body, a strong skeletal system, and even more so when we want to challenge our bodies more through physical exercise.

Silicon contributes to mineralization, strengthens our bones, and contributes to joint comfort. It allows us to maintain or regain suppleness and flexibility, and, another point to consider, it is also excellent for loosening, calming, and relieving tension and stiffness.

The various formulas available—drinkable solutions, gels, balms, and oils—allow us to meet every need. And for optimal comfort, you can even combine an internal treatment for a deep effect with an external gel for immediate relaxation. The latter is just as useful for preparation as it is for recovery—the choice is yours!

A great protector of our bone structure and friend of our joints, silicon can therefore accompany a return to sport, both to preserve and relax!
