120 gélules de 265mg.

Il est conseillé sur le flacon d'en prendre 8 par jour, soit 2120mg, ce que je trouve excessif.
Il est généralement conseillé d'en prendre 1000mg par jour en 2 fois, espacé de deux heures minimum d'une prise de médicament.

Si l'on suit la posologie proposée, la cure est de 15 jours seulement, ce qui revient à plus d'un euro par jour.
Évidemment, le produit peut être utilisé que par intermittence.

Il y a quand même largement moins cher.

Gélules de charbon végétal activées. J'apprécie particulièrement le fait que ce soit un produit vegan, 100 % naturel et fabriqué en France.

Les gélules ne sont pas trop grosses, ce qui les rend faciles à avaler. Pour l'instant, j'attends de voir les effets sur le long terme, mais je ne doute pas de l'efficacité du charbon, connu pour son pouvoir d'adsorption des toxines et des gaz intestinaux. Idéal en cas de ballonnements ou d'inconfort digestif après les repas !

Petit point à noter : la posologie est de 8 gélules par jour (4 avant et 4 après le repas), donc il faut être prêt à suivre cette routine.

Ayant un ventre sensible, j'apprécie vraiment ce type de produit, surtout avec une composition aussi pure, sans additifs ni conservateurs. Un bon allié pour le confort digestif !

Je suis sujet à des ballonnements et ce qui s'en suit de façon régulière .
Si je me permet de manger des plats un peu riches, je vais passer la journée et nuit avec un ventre gonflé, douloureux et aurais des gazs sans arrêts.
Ces derniers jours j'ai eu plusieurs repas très riches et je suis très agréablement surprise, j'ai passé des nuits sans le moindre problème, quasiment aucun souci à signaler alors qu'en temps normal j'aurais souffert de ballonnements et ce qui va avec, ici presque rien alors que je ne suis qu'à la moitié de la cure , je peux donc affirmer que ces charbons sont très efficaces .
Je vais attendre après ma cure mais si mes soucis reviennent, je reprendrais ces charbon sans hésiter .
