Efficace, après 20 minutes je me sens somnolente, pourtant j'ai l'habitude de prendre des 4mg de melatonine sous forme de préparation en pharmacie, je vais la remplacer par celui ci avec une dose moindre car elle fait beaucoup plus vite effet (sous l'accord de mon medecin)
