Sorting is the key to successful recycling and the preservation of the planet. To make it easier to sort your household product packaging, Eco-Emballages has implemented clear logos that let you know at a glance what you can throw away or place in your recycling bin.
Here's a quick overview of the logos you might find on your packaging, along with their meaning:
The Green Dot : Please note! This logo does not mean that the packaging is recycled. It means that the person responsible for placing the product on the market contributes to the fee for sorting and recycling packaging.
The Triman : This logo is a visual cue to indicate that the product and its packaging are subject to sorting instructions. Please note! Again, this is not synonymous with recycling, and is there to raise awareness about sorting your household packaging.
Sorting logos : they tell you which components of the packaging you have to throw away or sort. Each part of the packaging is specified, making it easier for you to distinguish between the elements that you can throw away or sort.
Where the packaging is multilingual, the written information specifying the different parts of the packaging may be replaced by pictograms.
Abiocom contributes to the preservation of the planet by helping you sort the packaging of its products.
Go looking for these logos, they will guide you to simplify your life...and sorting!
